1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use the RagsInc HR AI Assistant application:

• Identifiers & Account Information: Your email address and basic profile information (such as your name or Google/Apple ID) used for authentication and providing access to the app's features.
• Usage Data & Device Identifiers: Anonymous usage statistics and device identifiers are collected and shared with third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob) to serve rewarded advertisements.
• User Content: Guitar rigs that you explicitly choose to save to your library or share with the community.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To authenticate you, store your saved rigs, and maintain your account credits across devices.
• Third-Party Advertising: To serve targeted advertisements via Google AdMob to fund the application's AI costs.
• AI Processing: Audio snippets and text prompts you submit are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate tone recommendations. Audio snippets are processed transiently and are not permanently stored by us.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share necessary data with our trusted service providers (Supabase for backend infrastructure, Google for AI processing and AdMob) strictly for the purpose of running the application.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

For iOS users, we request permission to use the App Tracking Transparency framework. If you opt-in, your device identifier will be shared with our advertising partners to provide personalized ads. If you decline, you will still receive ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
